Processing & Creation Time

Please allow 8 business days for the creation of your custom portrait before it ships. This process is divided into two phases:

• Design: 3 business days for the design draft after receiving your pet’s photo.
• Handcrafting: 5 business days for glass Cutting, Grinding, Soldering and Quality Check.    

Please note: It may be extended if a multiple design revision are requested. However, thanks to our extensive experience, significant revisions are rarely needed.
