Shipping policy

We currently ship to the following regions only: United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Order Processing & Creation Time Because every piece is handmade and custom-designed, please allow 8 business days for the creation of your portrait before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Our process is divided into two phases to ensure perfection:

  • Phase 1 - Design (approx. 3 business days): We create a digital draft based on your pet’s photo.
  • Phase 2 - Handcrafting (approx. 5 business days): Once approved, we proceed with glass cutting, grinding, soldering, and a final quality check.

Please note: The processing time may be extended if multiple design revisions are requested. However, thanks to our extensive experience, significant revisions are rarely needed.

Shipping Rates & Estimates We are pleased to offer Complimentary Worldwide Shipping on all orders.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Operating Days: Monday - Friday
  • Estimated Transit Time: 5–8 business days (after the order is shipped).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 13–16 business days (Processing + Shipping).

Please note: While we strive to meet these estimates, occasional delays may occur due to customs clearance or carrier volume. We appreciate your patience.

Duty Paid (DDP Service) For your convenience, we ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) terms for most international destinations. This means we prepay all import duties on your behalf. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay—no surprises upon delivery.

Tracking Your Order You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages We pack our glass art with extreme care. However, in the rare event your package is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately at contact@cuddleandshine.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund to resolve the issue.

Important Notes

  1. Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  2. Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
